Description: Local people and volunteers cross arms and join hands to sing the anthem of the Civil Rights Movement "We Shall Overcome" at True Light Baptist Church in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, as part of Freedom Summer, 1964. This photo was probably taken after the performance of Martin Duberman's play "In White America" by the Free Southern Theater performers.
